Notice of Water Use Levels
This page is to give notice of water use levels (High Water, Medium Water, Low Water) and stock water only notices. When water use levels reach low, certain head gates are set for low water and should not be changed. In the event that water is very low, we may go to “stock water only”. Stock water only means there will be NO further irrigation for the summer and water in ditches is for stock watering only. Notice will be given below for the current conditions.

Notice of Rise in Assessment:
- Due to expiration of our leased water contract, Beaver Shingle Creek has increased assessments to support operation of Company. We are working on a new contract, but it has not been finalized at the time of this update.
- $50.00 minimum, over 50 shares, $1.00 a share, $25.00 per change allication for wells.
