Business Prices & Costs

  • Transfers, Proofs, Change Applications, Exchange Applications
    • $50.00 per Certificate – Re-issue or Name Change or Transfer to existing Shareholder.
    • $100.00 per Certificate – Transfer of Shares to New Owner (New Shareholder)
    • $50.00 – Change Application review residential, corrections, and Signature under one acre foot, per hour.
    • $200.00 – Change Application review commercial, corrections, and Signature over one acre foot for 3 hours, $50.00 per hour after that.
    • $5.00 per signature – Notary
    • $1.00 minimum – .25 additional – Copies
  • Assessments – (Yearly, April 1st)
    • $50.00 – minimum
    • $1.00 per share – over one hundred shares
    • $25.00 – Water Right fee
    • $18.00 Bank service fee + $20.00 Office Fee + Original Bill Cost – Bounced Checks – + any additional Bank Charges
  • Field Services
    • $70.00/Hour – Track Hoe Work (Shareholder) (Local Water Company or Local Water Company Shareholder)
    • $105.00/Hour – Anyone else.
    • $50.00 – inspection of property, review project, work, service, installation, or upgrades.
    • $200.00 – Commercial, inspection of property, review project, work, service, installation, or upgrades.
    • $35.00 – Worker wage pre work or on the job.
  • Crossing Agreements
    • $500.00 – returnable deposit – License Agreement (Under $500.00)
      • $35.00 – Canal Crossing Fee – nonrefundable fee
      • $50.00 – Inspection Fee – non fundable fee
      • Payment & Performance Bonds for work to be performed. License Agreement (Over $500.00)
      • $35.00 – Canal Crossing Fee – nonrefundable fee
      • $50.00 – Inspection Fee – non fundable fee
